Labourers in Vineyard
Advent Wk 1st: Saturday 9th December 2006 (Mt 9:35. 10:1.7-8)
“Labourers in Vineyard”: Many fear to be open to, let alone accept, God’s calling to the priesthood and religious life because of the wrong impression that they would suffer unbearable pain, sacrifice, loneliness due to the vows. Such prejudices are furthest from the truth. It is God’s graces that sustain a vocation.
Fr Philip Heng, S.J.
