Archbishop Ha is a great scripture scholar and his retreat on the prodigal son is something not to be missed!
I didn't know that. I was not able to find much information about him online... even on the Kuching Archdiocesan website.
Everything is good. At least I'm back in Penang. Will be going for Corpus Christi today at a Church in Nibong Tebal on the mainland. I prefer celebrating Corpus Christi on the actual day rather than doing it on Sunday.
The rational provided by my scripture lecturer was that we have to take into account the faith of the people who might not come on Thursday. I don't buy it because transferring it to Sunday is meaningless because those who are going to come for Sunday Mass are going to come anyway and whose who would not aren't going to make a special effort just because Corpus Christi is celebrated that day.
In my parish, the procession is only after the Sunday evening Mass. For the other Masses, there's nothing, not even benediction after Mass or adoration. Sigh...
