Five Random Things Meme

Andrew from Unam Sanctam has tagged me to list five random things about myself. In no particular order......

1) I'm discerning the call......

2) I'm currently putting up with my (maternal) Grandmother in the East Coast; I've recently mounted an Altar to the wall adjacent to my room door. On it is a Crucifix, Icons of the Mother of God, Divine Mercy, Sacred Heart, relics of St. Faustina and St. Benedict, statue of Our Lady of the Rosary, Infant Jesus and St. Philomena. Back home, I've got a 60 inch Altar which is adorned with a 17 inch gold standing Gothic Crucifix, a wall mounted cross from the Holy Land (with carvings of Christ's life), 6 silver altar candle stands, Greek icon of the Theotokos (Υπεραγία Θεοτόκε, σώισον ημάς - as it is writen on Constatine's Blog). The Altar linens are changed according to the Liturgical season. Elsewhere in the house is a grotto to our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.

3) Current book count (religious + non-religious): 112.

4) Similar to Andrew who tagged me, I don't own any jeans (never had and never will have). You'll find me in casual black pants.

5) I am organizing a Lenten Prayer walk of the 14 beautiful life-sized stations of the cross this Lent at St. Joseph's Paish, Bukit Timah. Come join us!
